No matter how determined we are to make healthy lifestyle changes, the old habits tend to creep back in to our life. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made New Year’s Resolutions and Lenten commitments that have gone by the wayside. Yes, sometimes I do persevere and am successful in transitioning long seated habits to better ones, but I am not as consistent as I would like.
I recently met Meaghan Foley, author of the book Willpower: What a Load of Crap! at one of our Living Well Connections workshops. After speaking with Meaghan and attending one of her own workshops, I knew I had to invite her to speak at Living Well Connections. She and her partner, Katharine Leslie, have developed a whole new way to approach success throughout life.
